"The staff were great - friendly and helpful with directions and ideas of things to do. The room was perfectly fine. Two bottles of sparking water and some cookies were provided in the room. The only complaint we had was that the fan, which was very much needed during the heat wave, was rather noisy (it squeaked as it rotated) making it hard to sleep well. We were only there one night, otherwise we would have asked for a new one."
