I love this hotel for short business stays in Chester. Convenient location in a quiet area and lovely big rooms with a comfy bed. Will be my first choice next time Im back in Chester.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay at The Seven which is perfectly located for visitors to the city and the racecourse. Chester is a thriving city with ancient city walls you can walk around , a cathedral, the river Dee and the Shropshire canal plus shops and restaurants.We also caught the train into Liverpool and spent a full day there. We would definitely choose The Seven again

We had an excellent stay at The Seven. The property looked recently renovated, and there’s a lovely communal sitting area. The room was very big, great facilities and very comfortable. Staff were polite and friendly and it was a 5 min walk into the centre. Added bonus of limited parking at the rear.

Amazing stay in Chester

Lovely stylish, comfortable clean room. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay then this is the place for you. A good selection of teas and coffee with fresh milk in the mini fridge.

Superb accommodation/location.

Nice hotel, unusual self check in.

Ive never been to a hotel with no front desk staff. The check in was unusual but easy. Actually, I dont know why more places dont do this. Except, the keypad on the door knob at the room is difficult to operate. The room is very nice and comfortable. Several pubs and restaurants within 4 minutes walking.

Clean room, friendly staff. Very warm room.

The room was clean, staff very helpful before stay, informing me of places I could dine nearby. Unfortunately the room was very hot, I was unable to alter the thermostat. There was a fan in the room, so I presume this is a common complaint.

Our stay at the seven was fantastic. The service was great and the room was lovely. The only thing that would have improved it was a bigger bed. Being used to a king size at home, the double felt quite small. Other than that though the stay was faultless and we would definitely return.

We stayed Thursday 5th September 2024 and it was our first time staying at The Seven. On arrival we were impressed with the decor and style of the hotel. It is a converted building in the middle of a terrace and we were pleasantly surprised by what was hiding behind the front door. We had initially booked a double room and on arrival were shown to Room 4. The room was beautiful and well equipped but the bed was a true double bed and a little small to what we are used to, so we asked if would have a king room if one was available. The staff accommodated this without issue even moving our bags whilst we walked into town. We were moved into Room 7 and again it was excellent. We paid the small additional charge for the upgrade on check out. The room was quiet, we both slept well and weren't disturbed at all. We took advantage of the small parking area at the rear of the hotel during our stay which made it very convenient as we could leave the car and forget about it. The hotel is well situated for both the racecourse and the town centre both accessible by a short walk. The staff at the hotel explained that they had only been open two months and as such they were keen to receive feedback on our stay. Next time we are back in Chester I will definitely be looking to stay again.

The room was amazing !!! Big, clean and full of comforts. Very cosy and no noise at all. The Seven it's located literally 5 mins walking from all city centre amenities. Definitely we will come back !!!
