Hi Paul,Thank you for your review, we are pleased that you had a lovely stay at our b&b. On our website and other platforms used to book it does state on the rooms which are pet friendly. We have 3 rooms on the groundfloor inside our building and 1 just to the side of our building. We apologise if this caused any confusion. There is a 15 charge for bringing a dog and the other 15 you were charged was for the upgrade to a suitable room. Dogs aren't allowed in our breakfast room due to health and safety regulation's, even though dogs are loving and majority of them friendly they can be very unpredictable especially when our staff are carrying hot plates / glasses. When possible we do allow our guests with a dog to come down after serving time so they can have a pleasant breakfast, not always can we do this but we try our best to accommodate. During your stay we did use hot plates, this was simply because we were short staffed and fully booked so it was an easier alternative.
