A lovely comfortable room, with amazing views. It can be a little noisy if you're a light sleeper. Convenient location in the middle of Ambleside, close to Windermere. Bar is very nice with a decent range of drinks. I'd happily stay here again.

The hotel was good. We were in an annex, which you would have selected when booking (which we didn’t). We’d have preferred to be in the main building, for convenience and ambience, however, the room was good and clean. The staff were great and the bar area was really nice, plus it’s very central.
