"I was trying to get a sandwich out of the breakfast restaurant and the attendant today told me that I wasn’t able to take food out which I found humiliating and stupid because it was a sandwich for later. But in the contrary to the breakfast people the cleaning Cuban lady that did our room was the best and greatest person super nice and sweet. Please keep her for ever to makes customer live easier. "

"This property was near the airport with the free shuttle. Note you have to book a time on the shuttle as it was packed. The staff was lovely and English-speaking as well. It's in a walkable area, very safe and quiet. I was able to get an upgraded room and early check in. I enjoyed the room, it had a large bathtub that i enjoyed using!"
