My only complaints are that there was only one working lift which made for long wait times. Second, we were given a disabled room which we are not made aware of It would have been fine except the bathroom was an issue as when taking a shower the entire bathroom floor became soaked. We didn't get to use the restaurant so can't comment on that. "On entering the hotel you will be met by warm and inviting staff. off to the left of the reception is an insanely stocked whisky lounge but prices are on the steep side for you average dram. There is a 24 bar located en route to the rooms and an Aperol was £18!!! scandalous.

"There was a large party downstairs (floor below) on the Saturday night we stayed there. Music from DJ was very loud and pounding/felt in our room until after midnight preventing sleep. The Restaurant was unavailable due to the party. I wouldn’t recommend booking a room on this property when the downstairs facilities are booked in this way."
