"Spotless"

"Clean rooms, great buffet , great restaurant,plenty of parking "

"The location is nice,The room was clean but the floor lamp didn't work and the sheets had a burn mark on them. I Went to the front desk to report it to get them changed out and ordered 2 cups of hot water for tea while I was waiting. We never received a new set sheets. I received the hot water to make tea and was charged for 2 teas even though I had my own tea bags and just needed hot water to brew it. The kitchen seems to have zero exhaust hoods so it's smoky all through out the hotel. You would think being in the Basque Country you would have a great breakfast but it was the equivalent to a generic American hotel breakfast. The staff was nice enough to refund us the money they charged us for the hot water the next morning. With just a little more attention to details and the hotel would make it a better stay. "

"Absolutely brilliant! Extended my stay! Immaculately clean; very good and hot giant coffee machine in lobby for .80 cents. Right next to churches and smack dab on the camino. All check in done on phone which I prefer. It’s a self catering unit. Hot hot water, shower immaculately clean "

"Decent truck stop with 24 hour food. Constant noise and light, so can't leave window open (also fumes)."

"for the price vg value for money, its quite hard to find, its tucked away, the prices f0or a beer and evening meal were half of what i expected, i would recommend using again Rooms are excellent and large"

"Although the property was very nice and modern we had a problem when we went to bed. There was a flashing light in the ceiling sensor and even when we turned off all power to the room this light kept flashing. All night long and there is no front desk/receptionist to go see for help. I did let the property people know but there was no response……"

"We booked this hostel more than a month ago and arrived around 8 PM after a one-hour drive from San Sebastián. The parking lot was closed, and when my husband walked to the door, he found it locked. He knocked, but no one answered. Suddenly, a guest from a nearby window informed us that the owner had gone out and that he was alone there (with no other guests). The guest suggested we call the numbers posted on the door. We called, but nobody answered. I immediately canceled our reservation through Hotels.com, and they informed me that a refund would be processed. We had to search for another place to stay at that late hour, which obviously meant we had to pay twice for accommodation. I think this kind of option shouldn’t be offered at all So choose another option"
