A convenient half bathroom with a laundry area completes the ground floor.” IT FAILED TO MENTION YOU COULD ONLY GET TO IT FROM OUTSIDE. During a storm we had to run outside and get our four kids from down there. It didn’t fill safe at night having little kids down there."
