"I stayed here as I wanted to spend a few days visiting the Nagashima Spa Land theme park and this place was absolutely perfect. It's far more affordable than staying at the resort, and only a short 10 minute bus ride from the park. "We love it that the hotel is conveniently located. It is modern and well maintained. However the checkin staff were not as friendly as other 2 hotels that we stayed in Japan on this trip. On 1 of the morning, we requested for a hard pillow to be sent to our room. The staff at the checkin counter acknowledged. But when we returned at night, the request was not done. "

"This is just right above the metro station and JR station. We arrived by 9pm weekday; there are still lots of choices of restaurants. That's impressed us. We paid extra fee for using pools, sauna, jacuzzi and something like onsen. We spent an hour or so to exercise and relax. The views from the room/ pool/ onsen are fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable. "
