Very clean showers and room, comfy beds & pillows. More information needed on check in re facilities available in the hotel as no information booklet in rooms. Also times the Resturant's and bars open As after a long day , we went down to have an evening meal on Friday, to find restaurant closed.

This has to be the worst Hilton I’ve ever been to. When I checked in, the guy on the desk was on the phone. He continued on the phone for about 5 minutes before starting my check in and still on the phone. No smile, no welcome. No nothing. Didn’t even tell me that I’ll need to tap the card in order to use the lift. I know it’s kind of common these days but still would be good to be reminded. I went to one of their buffet restaurants one evening it cost 600 lira which was ok but the food was poorly served and not many options and no drinks at all apart from tap water. One day it was raining, asked reception for an umbrella but she said they don’t have any at all. No umbrella from Hilton’s. Unbelievable, to be precise it was Double tree by Hilton. it was supposed to be a 5-star hotel. And they closed one of the lifts in the afternoon to god knows what time to save the electricity I suppose. Never seen that in a hotel no matter what star ranting they are. Room was nice but dated, cleaners are nice and the WiFi is good. That’s about the only things I’ll say about the hotel. Will visit Antalya again but not this hotel. Disappointed very much.

This Place is a standard 4-star!
This Place is a standard 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star hotel as advertised. The room is generally comfortable but some facilities are too old, for example, the switches are making frequent noise.

Really nice hotel. Clean rooms excellent service. The valet guys helped us a lot when we had questions on where to go. They were all amazing thank you guys.

I recommend this hotel, staff services was great. Hotel is very clean rooms are as mentioned in their ad. Breakfast covers many items. Complete as you desire. Staffs in the restaurant are polite and friendly. We loved it and stayed 6 days. Highly recommend.

Modern hotel with A/C (at top of our priority list in middle of summer!), reliable facilities, and friendly staff. The spa was lovely, the gym had up-to-date equipment, and the breakfast was amazing. The dinner buffet wasn't always available, but the rooftop restaurant had excellent food.

Pleasant stay
Pleasant stay, nice location, the only negative point is that the staff did not tell us about the shuttle to Konyalti until the last day, we have took taxi every day back and fourth. It would have been nice if they told us about the service. Nice pool, sauna, hamam they have.

Lovely clean room and very comfortable bed. However the evening meal was mediocre and there was no english tv. Great breakfast but on check out we informed them that we not happy about the tv and the guy checking us out just wasnt interested and stated "im just here making a living"!!

Do not hesitate to stay in this property. You can walk tot he old town and many restaurants around the hotel. If you wish to be at the beach everyday, stay elsewhere.

Majority of the staff are very helpful. Rooftop pool was great for kids but indoor pool was freezing considering it was 35-40 degrees outside. This hotel is a brisk 15 mins walk from the main Mall, & a brisk 35 minutes from the top of the old town. The harbour maybe an hours walk away. Food was average on the menu. Slightly difference from the 1 million kebab/Doner eatery’s! My only bug bear would be the cold indoor pool. There’s no need for it to be that cold Breakfast had a good variety! Bus stop next to Sok supermarket near hotel also takes you to many routes!

A superb hotel with modern look.
The hotel was modern, clean and with free vallet parking. The breakfast was excellent and start at 6:30. The location was good. The reception personelle were friendly and helpful. The room was big and with modern furniture. It has air conditioning.The bathroom was good size and has modern look. I liked everything about the hotel. Although the hotel was very close to busy streets but it was very quiet inside the rooms. It was excellently soundproof. I want also to add that there was black out curtains. curtains

Great property. Was there for a single night since we arrived late and wanted to tour the south the fay after; so needed somewhere to rest with the family. Excellent place- welcoming and clean. everything you need for great value within 100$. very comfortable bed, nice decorations, dark room and quiet, cold ac. very good breakfast. very welcoming staff.

Was a good hotel considering the cheap price i got. Staff were excellent and spoke good english. Most dissapointing thing was the breakfast though. I have had better breakfast in 3 star hotel. The meat options were very very poor and the orange juice was not fresh juice (it tasted like diluted juice). And that is pathetic considering you can get fresh orange juice even in the most poor areas. If they fix up on these small things they can certainly call themselves a 5 star

I liked the cleanliness, the rooms and the general atmosphere. However, we had some nuisances that makes me give three stars to this hotel. In the evening water disappairedin the hotel and didnt come back till morning. Nobody in the reception picked up the phone to explain what was happening. Room service was supposed to work till 11, but a little bit after 10 nobody answered either. Even if all this was due to the busy holiday season, the hotel should be prepared better to tackle similar issues. This attitude definitely doesn't suit Hilton. Wish you them all luck in the future.

The best hotel in Antalya….
We stayed at the Doubletree by Hilton for our honeymoon and I must say we are highly impressed with the layout, staff, service and food. Everything was much better than we expected. In the morning we would go to the lobby for breakfast, the variety of food available is amazing. We would then head to the rooftop terrace to relax and plan our days or just chill have some tea or a virgin mojito. Some evenings we went down to the indoor swimming pool area and sauna for relaxation, every time we went, there wasn’t too many people there which gave us privacy aswell. Overall our stay has been a truly blessed experience, the staff went the extra mile to surprise us with a lovely decoration in our room on our 2nd day which we didn’t expect at all, we were so happy with it so thank you. I would not recommend any other hotel than the Doubletree by Hilton. The staff are kind, friendly and attentive to all your needs, the location of the hotel is prime due to its close proximity to the shopping centre, and local bazaars as well as the beach which only takes a 15 min cab ride. We are planning to come back to Antalya next year and will stay with this hotel again.

15 min away from Beach - Zero Customer Service
Beautiful building and rooms. Customer service is non existent. I have never in my life felt such a bad customer experience. This is a 5 star building, with a zero star customer service. The building is nowhere close to the beach, every worker in that building has no ability to speak english (not even a simple sentence), they are extremely rude and blame everything on “the manager” that is no where to be found for 3 days. For every issue there solution is “the manager will call you in 10 min” every time I check on the issue, the same answer happens, this kept happening for 3 days until I had enough and left. They simply ruined my Honeymoon. Avoid at all costs

Very nice hotel.
The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and attentive. The food in the pool side restaurant was very good and good value for money compared to other 5 star hotels we have stayed at. Our room was spacious and clean. I think the only drawback was it was a little far from the old town but the taxis were cheap
