DONT book this hotel. we arrived on thursday evening and noticed a bad smell in the toilet. we didn't know why. We said to ourselves that the cleaning lady would come on friday to clean it up anyway. She didn't come that day. Also, the water in the shower was getting full because it doesn't go into the pipe as it's blocked, so the water flows out of the shower. We then report this to reception. The staff told us that they had a room, but that it would only be available the next day. We wait for his confirmation via whats app but he sends us nothing. So we send a message with my photos of the toilet, saying that it stinks of dog piss. In fact, the corner of the toilet is yellow. The cleaner doesn't mop the surface of the toilet. She only leaves good-smelling tokens. We just wanted the toilet to smell good and be functional (shower). The staff wrote me that you hadn't told us that the toilet was dirty, only that it didn't smell good. Of course, if the toilet smells, it's because it's dirty, isn't it? Please do not book this hotel!!! The cleaning lady cleans the room only once every 3 days!!!! If we had known this, we would never have booked the hotel. We often had to call the front desk because we were out of towels and toilet paper. The hotel is very cheap at this matter. We didn't have any water bottles, just mini plastic cups holding like 90ml of water. In the end, we didn't change rooms because when we returned fromthetour. The staff gave the room to another personfor $$$
