Me and my mother enjoyed our stay. We stayed 3 nights and the housekeepers cleaned everyday to a great standard. Breakfast was also good with a good variety of foods. It’s located near tram and bus. I would stay here again!

Good value budget accommodation, suite was large but very basic. No kettle, sheet not even tucked in on bed. Reception staff friendly. Felt like cruise ship inside or a converted prison. Real downside was the food vendor opposite which was open all night long & was chopping away & chatting which could clearly be heard from our 2nd floor room. Busy road also.

Nice clean hotel. Rooms were fine and shower was excellent with more that adequate water pressure. WiFi worked well. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Hotel is near the old city, about a 10 minute walk so access to trams is easy enough. The area around is slightly noisy but nothing too outrageous and there are shops around to purchase drinks, fruit and snacks. Also a few restaurants opposite the hotel which is handy if you want a bite to eat if you have a late check in after midnight. Would use the hotel again without hesitation.

Pros - Very good value hotel with big rooms and aircon. The bathrooms particularly were stylish. It is easy to walk to the old town and/or get the tramway. Cons - It isn't the nicest location, and the area can be quite noisy. My room smelt really strongly of smoke which was very unpleasant. The room itself felt a bit tired (or unfinished), there was no threshold and just a gap between the floor in the bedroom and bathroom, and the walls were slightly grubby.

Good hotel
Room was clean but furniture is old. Wifi speed was excellent. AC was very good. Location is not ideal as there’s a school nearby which gets very loud in the morning. Overall clean hotel but need to upgrade the structure.

Perfectly located hotel for exploring the old town
A perfectly located hotel for exploring the old town and harbour. The staff are really welcoming, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the lobby has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Great buffet breakfast.

The hotel looks clean ,staff is good,i think it should be rated maximum as a 2stars hotel,the finishing inside is very cheap and you can hear the other rooms easily

Decent location (15min walk to main centre), generally clean rooms and common areas. Poor sound insulation in the rooms (you will be woken up every night from the mosque speakers), very few amenities. Better hotel options for similar price
