"High quality hotel, excellent staff, large selection of breakfast on the buffet which ran to 11am - if you had a late night! Nice room, great pools, plenty of sunbeds etc."
"Inside the apartment grounds was lovely, we’d been told that it was recently renovated, so took into account there may be slight issues.
It was very clean, reception staff were friendly, cool quiet terrace to sunbathe, although some parts of it weren’t finished. The bar on the upper terrace was closed in the day, so if you wanted a drink you had to go down to the pool bar. Think the food at the pool bar was a bit fancy, no cheese toasties here! However, the food we did have was lovely. The entertainment guy around the pool was great, we gave the film/music quiz & bingo a go.
The apartment was clean, modern & spacious. Comfy bed. Found the next door apartments balcony a bit too close for comfort, could do with a high divider in between. Housekeeping were great, however, we didn’t feel the need to have the towels changed everyday, but they were changed regardless, which isn’t very eco friendly. Also, one afternoon, I found that they had taken all the towels & not replaced them. Only realised when I was in the shower already! My husband went to reception to see if he could get some replacements & they said they’d send some up. I ended up having to get dried on a pool towel as it took that long for them to replace the towels. The surrounding area is quite rundown; the state of the pavements are terrible around the town. Some investment in this area is needed. An enjoyable stay nonetheless. "
"Helpful staff, lovely food and the drinks were of a good quality on an All Inclusive deal.
Fantastic sea views from our room.
Only downside was the resort was a bit too touristy for our liking. "
"Terrible - they have overbooked and we were turned away late at night. However the reception staff were helpful although the alternative they found us was the worst place I’ve ever stayed and they did not pay the taxi fare which they said they would "
"Excellent location -easy access to bus station for airport, other and also easy access to bars/restaurants in area. Great Staff, very helpful. Room was good - though kitchen could be better stocked for Self Catering (cloths, bowls, mugs). Bedroom well designed but beds & pillows extremely uncomfortable. Big Bathroom, lovely towels but smell from drains really bad. Lovely Pool area (though why children are allowed floatables in the main pool!!!!) . Cleaning could be better, floors in room and reception obviously not brushed in days!! Overall a nice complex but needs some attention to maintenance and upkeep"
"Fantastic hotel at the edge of the resort. The staff were friendly and the food and drink excellent lots of choice and something to suit everyone. Our room was spacious the beds very comfortable and plenty of room for the three of us. Animation team were great over over powering but suited all ages. Enjoyed the location with a shopping centre next door an a lovely walk into the centre of the resort along the coastal path takes around 15 minutes. Close to the airport taxi just 15 euros. Will return again here for sure. "
