"We had a wonderful stay at El Balcón del Sol. The 3-bedroom apartment was clean and much more spacious than we expected. Having a full kitchen and a large living room equipped with everything we needed made it feel like home. The host was very accommodating, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, and the WiFi was very reliable. After long days of trekking, being able to cook a meal and relax in the hot tub was the ultimate luxury. It was the perfect place to recharge."

"Idk why ten first review I gave gave them a 4 star. It should have been a 5. I stayed there two different times. The first time I arrived very early but they still allowed me to get a room to rest in. They were very understanding and helpful and Brandy gave me his number so if I had issues I could text him. "Really really nice staff in a great location but be aware that they do not check expedia messages so the offered airport pickup is not possible to arrange . The doors require a key to open even when unlocked so for two people sharing a room the single key can be a problem and the showers could really use a shelf to hold soap an shampoo but again the staff is super nice."

"Very good hotel and very good staff! The place is clean, has character and is excellent BUT…..it’s located behind the wall from a very very loud night club and the music goes on till 4-5 am. The hotel is trying to solve it by providing guests with ear plugs but they don’t really help. If you don’t mind partying all night, stay here! If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, I’d look for another place."

"Great location, close enough to the fun and action of Plaza de Armas, but far enough from all the noise. It’s a beautiful place. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is also delicious with lots of options. Will definitely stay here again if I come back to Cusco."

"Great location. We stayed in the family quad room. It was two floors and 4 queen beds with lots of blankets and great pillows. Beautiful view of the city from the window. Absolutely recommend staying here. One person in our group needed a doctor and rather than sending us to a doctors office they contacted one to come to our hotel room."

"Location is perfect! The assistance behind the desk was the best. Giving ideas on the restaurants, calling us transportation and just being helpful in general. Fantastic! The breakfast crew and set up is the real gem with this place. Supper nice people, attentive and the food and coffee is wonderful. Hot water in the shower was a little weak.. But not a deal breaker. I had a little trouble with the room safe when I was sitting it up, but was helped immediately and had no problem after that. This was really one of the best decisions we made in our travel. Its location is literally 20 Solons from everywhere if you don't want to walk. There are a few grocery stores and cafes with in a short walk of the from door. It's hard for me to imagine that I could have made a better choice for my wife and I. Thanks Hotel Cusco.. We wish you peace and prosperity"
