"An amazing space to just be & chill out. B & B with decking, area with seating , cosy log cabin & spacious garden area overlooking tranquil loch. Seals can be seen bobbing about & red squirrels are a frequent visitor to the garden. The hosts are exceptionally welcoming and the breakfast includes croissants, fresh fruit & Loch Fyne smoked salmon.
The rooms are well appointed and spotlessly clean.
There are nearby walks including at Carrick Castle and Donich Falls. The village pub often has...
"Ideal stay as part of a wider road trip. Very welcoming staff, and a great cooked breakfast (we were set for the day after that!). Lovely gardens and views out to the hills. Would happily return :)

"Really good stay for 2 nights visiting Glencoe mountains. Very good service and was ideal for us. It is 40 minutes drive south of Glencoe but was good value for money and the room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. Bath was ideal for soaking muscles after a long day.
There are shops and places to eat close by. We had a smash burger from the campsite takeaway right next door by the river. Great."
"Accommodation is all open plan even the bedrooms don't have doors. Also, close to a busy road so if you are bothered by traffic noise could be a problem as the double glazed windows seem to let in traffic noise. The Inn/Restaurant is excellent, visited 3-times and the Sunday lunch exceptional. I would use the Apartments again as the location is really good for mid-NE Scotland and accommodation is great value too"
"We really enjoyed our stay at The Beach House. We are a family of 4 with young children and a dog. We had a quadruple family room which was a really good size and nicely finished with a wonderful loch view. The location is excellent, with a little beach outside that was completely empty whenever we went, despite the nearby village feeling busy. Little extras like the nespresso machine and dog treats were appreciated. A couple of minor things, you have to drive a couple of miles out the way to check in at the main hotel, not a massive deal. Offering a cot would be a good addition for families. It was a very hot day and the room got really warm due to the big windows that barely opened. However we were relieved that they didn’t open much when we later realised at night the outside wall is absolutely covered in spiders!"
"Late check in was ok, nice to have a human at reception to assist. Our room ticked all the boxes however my co travellers had big problems with the shower, no pressure & cold "
"The hotel was nice , staff were friendly..room spacious with a view of the loch .
It was a Scottish country hotel ..
We only had breakfast and that was fine ..nice dining room.
Be mindful that the road can be twisty depending what direction your coming from, but your on the right road as your wifi might go on maps , but you can still see on the map if you look ahead that your going in the right direction 😉 "
