"Got here early and the nice gal got us checked in anyway. Had a suite - 19th floor windows on 2 sides overlooking city. Suite was incredible and honestly not expensive! More room in it than some apartments. Spotlessly clean. Couches. 2 tvs. Separate rooms for living area and work area from bedroom. Service was excellent. We did street parking bc it was cheaper than valet and the valet lot is unsecured so no sense to use that. Walking distance to the tampa bay lightning game. 100% would stay again. One of my favorite hotels/rooms we have visited. "

"My stay at Residence Inn was very peaceful and delightful. Everyone who worked there during my stay was very pleasant and very professional. I had no complaints with the room other than after so many years of wear and tear, there should be some remodeling that is considered to keep the maintenance of the hotel in tip top shape. Other than that, it was pleasant. Katrina was the 1st employee that I had an encounter with and she was amazing. I loved her energy, her professionalism and her customer service. She greeted us with a smile and accomodated any issues we had. "
