"Property was just as it was shown in pics, great neighborhood, close to so many venues. Communication with the host was excellent, unfortunately the washing machine wasn’t useable due to cleanliness/upkeep but everything else was great. We mentioned it to the host and sent pics, she indicated ordering a new liner immediately that will help the next guests. Unfortunately, we couldn’t do laundry and needed to. We’d definitely stay there again."

"The rental was marginally clean. Bathroom towels were stained making it difficult to assess cleanliness. The temps varied (morning temps in the low 30s) considerably during my stay. On the coldest of days the host would text me and as me NOT to turn on the heat or adjust the thermostat because it controlled the entire house and it was expensive to heat. While she offered room heaters, I was asked to constantly reassure the host I was not adjusting the thermostat. The “bbq” area was nothing more than an unkept outdoor crawl space. The most disappointing stay. Had another been available during our family emergency, I would have left and asked for a refund! Because of the behavior of the host, I felt it necessary to take pictures of the rental the morning I exited (in its entirety) to show I left it in clean condition.I DO NOT recommend this rental."

"Staff was friendly upon check in. Disappointed room did not have tub and was even more so with the shower as it had long black hairs on the tile, recesses were not clean, had funky pink slime. Found a strange seed or type of husk within the sheets, just had the sense of what else is present but i havent seen. The hotel overall is fine, it was modern, pillows were very soft but the black hair in the shower did me dirty...as did being told by Medspace, room would be about $99 but it was signicantly much more. "

"The location was wonderful, parking was a breeze to find, and there was lots of space in the house! The back porch is pretty great. The front room is the bedroom, so if traffic noise bothers you, this might not be the place for you. Even with that, I have no complaints :) black-out curtains and other accommodations were provided without asking. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The property is in an excellent location! The place was very clean with very comfortable beds and pillows! The only thing missing was toilet paper and a blow dryer which I would recommend you have there!"

"We loved our stay! The place was perfect for exploring The Ark Encounter, Creation Museum, seeing a Reds game and more! Our 6 year old twins loved the kids room, and there were so many things to keep us entertained! The house was stocked with necessities and more! Thanks for an amazing stay!!"

"We had a great overnight stay, just passing thru the area. The Inn is celebrating 100 years this year. We love staying in historic hotels. Very charming, safe neighborhood. The bed was very comfortable. Very small refrigerator in room. Hidden television behind canvas painting in the room to keep with the historic charm. The shower was updated and never ran out of hot water. We checked in late at night and the woman working at the front desk was very nice and gave us recommendations around the neighborhood. Off street parking was free and located behind the Inn. We would definitely stay here again."

"This listing was in a prime location in a quaint neighborhood, close to various restaurants and main attractions. The hosts included many amenities to make guests truly feel at home. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped to meet guest needs, with dish and hand soaps. A nice touch was the coffee pods. Seating areas (both indoor and outdoor) were comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. Overall, a comfortable stay. Would recommend. "
