"Hotel was very clean. Beds very comfortable and food excellent. Daytime activities good and led by really friendly staff. Evening entertainment was awful. Our room overlooked golf course which was lovely and peaceful. Downside of this hotel is that it is at least a 20 minute walk to beach and any other shops/restaurants/bars, we had to take taxis to evening entertainment at 10 euros a journey"

"This is a beautifully presented resort within easy walking distance to amenities and everything Los Cristianos has to offer in the town and down by the bay. The gardens are wonderful, lovely pool layout with adjacent bar and restaurant. Reception were professional and the greeting was warm and genuine. We had a superior one bedroom, maisonette-style, apartment with bedroom, bathroom and seoerate WC downstairs. Upstairs was the kitchen-diner, lounge area leading to large sun terrace. Ona Los Clavellas have thought of everything required to meet all of your guest requirements. A fully equipped kitchen with sparkling clean crockery / glassware with plenty of pans and utensils if you intend to be100% self catering. The decor upstairs is hugely tasteful and leads to a terrace wide enough to cater for four dining outside. Two comfortable and adjustable sun loungers are provided. There is also a wall mounted awning to provide shade if needed. Downstairs, the bed is king-size, comfortable and comfy. There were 3 laundered blankets in sealed bags provided so you can be sure they're lovely and clean. The bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet basin was very nice and there was also a seperate WC next door which was an unexpected bonus. We didn't get to use outdoor facilities due to storm Therése but it all appeared very lovely. I would highly recommend this resort and will certainly return next time we visit Los Cristianos. Enjoy"

"Apartment fine. One bed unstable so good job it was only me. Safe costs extra, spa costs extra for the jacuzzi and sauna they have and the on site massage therapist never replied to my enquiries in WhatsApp so i took my custom elsewhere. Overall ok, only one cockroach spotted. Busses dont go all the way up so you will have to walk or taxi back in the evenings as the last shuttle bus back is at around 6"

"Room, bathroom and corridors was clean. Great location for beach and shops. The cleaning lady was friendly as I passed by. I reserved a room for a night and the communications are in spanish and there is no translate option. I recieved check in instructions instantly but did not recieve the link to complete passport registration and entry code. I then communicated through WhatsApp and recieved the link 2 hours later. I completed and received confirmation of online registration. I later recieved a message in spanish, stating that i did not complete the form and do not have permission to stay and they have reported me to tourist police. It will not allow me to upload screenshot in expedia messaging to prove that i have conformed with the law. I ensured them that i had. I found this a bit stressful trying to tranlate the communications and worrying that i will be removed from the property. They prefer 24hours prior notice, i advise to do this to avoid confusion."
