"I was asked before I left. What was my feedback of the property and I literally could not provide any negative feedback. I think the staff was extremely helpful. We traveled by Uber to Baru and the concierge was mindful to take a picture of the license, get the driver’s number and was attentive every step of the way. The grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I did not care for my dinner, however, everything else was a plus. I would recommend going out for dinner."

"It’s a amazing hotel great location and amazing stuff but we have a issue we other towel the last night we was there but never came even when we called twice and told one girl that brought us room service and also we didn’t have no tooth brush and toothpaste until the next day that the cleaning staff gave us cause I asked. "I was at this hotel a week ago before I flew to La Paz,Bolivia and there was no toaster in the buffet room. They sent me an email saying that they had gotten a toaster and when I returned from Bolivia, there was a toaster.!!! the staff is excellent here and they listen to people‘s issues. Everyone was very helpful. It’s a great location because it’s 10 minutes from the airport.."

"This was my second time staying here, and overall I had a great experience again. I booked a king ocean view room and it was absolutely beautiful the view was amazing. The pool area was beautiful as well, and the hotel overall has a great atmosphere. My room was clean and comfortable. Coming from someone in the cleaning business, I did notice that a deeper cleaning here and there could help in some areas, but nothing major enough to affect my stay. Breakfast was good, but I’d love to see a few more options for guests who don’t eat pork. The staff was excellent friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. My only issue was with dinner service at the restaurant by the pool. Unfortunately, we were never served, and we ended up leaving to find food at a local restaurant instead. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would stay here again."

"I loved my stay! The hotel pictures don’t do justice its do beautiful and the rooftop views and stunning! The food at the hotel was great and the drinks especially the liminoda and cafe con leche were soooo delicious! All the staff were very nice and helpful. When I go back to Cartagena I will stay here again! It’s located very close to everything. 10/10 for the stay!"
