"Great rental, wonderful hosts. Perfect for us as we stayed 5 nights on a cycling vacation. Great location; just a few minutes to the bike path in a quiet neighborhood, and also just minutes to City Market and restaurants. The apartment was bright and clean, comfortable bed, fluffy towels, cabinets full of dishes/pots and pans and a variety of various dry supplies (yes, spices too), a washer and dryer, and a separate entry room for boots/coats/etc. After unloading in front of apartment, we parked just a few yards away by the driveway. We had a few questions after arriving. Sarah promptly responded to our text, and in a few minutes Clay was over to talk to us. Both are very gracious hosts and the little extra touches were so unexpected!"

"This home is an absolute stunner. The mountain views are breathtaking, and it's located on a quiet road, just a short drive from both Glenwood Springs and Carbondale. It was the perfect place for our family to relax and begin winding down after an amazing trip.The home had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen that made preparing meals easy. Our favorite part was sitting on the back porch each morning with a cup of coffee, taking in the beautiful scenery and watching the local wildlife.One thing to note if you're visiting during the summer is that the home does not have air conditioning. The owners provide plenty of fans, which certainly helped, but because the home is so well insulated, it took a while to cool down even with the windows open overnight.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home. We'd love to come back someday, especially during the winter to experience the nearby ski resorts."

From the well-equipped kitchen to the thoughtful extras throughout the home, everything was provided to make our stay easy and enjoyable.The location was another huge plus—close to great fishing, hiking, restaurants, and everything Glenwood Springs has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely book here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located vacation rental!"
