"Enjoyed our stay but only some of the rooms have air conditioning. Unfortunately ours wasn’t one of them so after a hot day, sleeping was difficult."

"Located in a picturesque location. A good sized room, tastefully decorated with the air of quality. Was clean and quiet with a small private(ish) patio area. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast with fresh, tasty produce. Great stay, would stay again."

"The rooms/chalets are fairly new and everything was in good order. The shared patio is a nice idea as it gives you the opportunity to wander out with your coffee and slump in the fresh air, surrounded by plants. We arrived on e-bikes and there was an area of shingle in the garden outside the chalets which was the perfect size to put the bikes overnight, they could only be seen from the chalets. Stephen and Vanessa were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel very well looked after. The breakfast in the morning was in their cafe/restaurant conservatory, a beautiful space. The food was excellent. All this on a day the Cafe is not open so they drive in to welcome you and again to cook your breakfast. For us the only drawback was we had to cycle about a mile along a busy road to reach the place but it was certainly worth it."

"This place had some lovely little touches to it, from the trolly cart to ferry our belongings to a receiving a welcome letter from Charlie. We had a lovely couple of days here. Spent time in the hot tub and the evenings by the fire pit after having a lovely BBQ. There were kids in the fields behind paying foot ball in what must have been their back garden which that's perfectly fine but i think the swearing shocked us a little bit. However that said we still had a lovely time. Felt sad to leave. would high recommend."

"This is a lovely quiet rural location from which countryside and the wider attractions of Suffolk are easily accessible. Property is nicely sized and equipped for 4 people. Local pub is a goldmine for proper beer and cider."

"We stayed a week at this beautiful, secluded cottage. It stands in large, well manicured gardens where all you can hear is birdsong. It was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were able to explore from north Essex to mid Suffolk with ease."

"Purpose built Leveret Lodge offers absolute peace and quiet being situated over a detached garage - no noisy neighbours! The location suited us perfectly for exploring both Essex and Suffolk and our hostess was most welcoming. We enjoyed a splendid stay."
