"Located in a picturesque location. A good sized room, tastefully decorated with the air of quality. Was clean and quiet with a small private(ish) patio area. Friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast with fresh, tasty produce. Great stay, would stay again."

"The rooms/chalets are fairly new and everything was in good order. The shared patio is a nice idea as it gives you the opportunity to wander out with your coffee and slump in the fresh air, surrounded by plants. We arrived on e-bikes and there was an area of shingle in the garden outside the chalets which was the perfect size to put the bikes overnight, they could only be seen from the chalets. Stephen and Vanessa were extremely helpful and friendly, making us feel very well looked after. The breakfast in the morning was in their cafe/restaurant conservatory, a beautiful space. The food was excellent. All this on a day the Cafe is not open so they drive in to welcome you and again to cook your breakfast. For us the only drawback was we had to cycle about a mile along a busy road to reach the place but it was certainly worth it."

"The Pump House is a very unique property in a very tranquil setting. The unusual features of the industrial use of the building in its previous life have been sympathetically enhanced and add to the interior ambience. The water meadow grounds provide an opportunity to observe the comings and goings of various animals, birds and insects. All in all, a stay in this property will provide a chance to be in a relaxing environment but also to take advantage of the opportunity to explore the countryside made so famous by the paintings of John Constable."

"A well located, very well kept cottage with a wonderful host. Juliet is extremely responsive to any queries or requests from her guests and does everything that she can to ensure that your stay lives up to expectations. The local pub, The Crown, is within a few minutes walk and is a great asset with ann excellent menu, good bar and beautiful gardens. We have no hesitation in recommending this property."
Luxury glamping with hot tub - Valley View Yurt

"This place had some lovely little touches to it, from the trolly cart to ferry our belongings to a receiving a welcome letter from Charlie. We had a lovely couple of days here. Spent time in the hot tub and the evenings by the fire pit after having a lovely BBQ. There were kids in the fields behind paying foot ball in what must have been their back garden which that's perfectly fine but i think the swearing shocked us a little bit. However that said we still had a lovely time. Felt sad to leave. would high recommend."

"We stayed a week at this beautiful, secluded cottage. It stands in large, well manicured gardens where all you can hear is birdsong. It was equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were able to explore from north Essex to mid Suffolk with ease."
