• This home is strictly NO DRUGS. NO SMOKING inside the home. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes.
SMOKING allowed outside ONLY in the back yard or more than 20ft from the front of the home. Not on the front porch.
• Violators will result in termination without refund. Lost revenue for canceled future stays and replacement cost of rugs and curtains will be charged.
• Relevant Noise Ordinances must be followed. Violators will result in the immediate removal without refund and are responsible for fines issued by government authorities. Events are allowed with written permission and additional fee.

• Only toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Wipes and other products, even the "flushable" kind, must be placed in the trash can provided. Plumbing costs may be charged if foreign objects are detected.

• Check-in is at 3 pm or later. Early check-ins after 1 pm or super early check-ins before 1 pm can be reserved, as available in advance for a fee.

• Check-out is at 11 am. A late check-out can be arranged at least 3 days before check-out and are subject to availability. The late check out fee will be charged per every hour past 11 am.
