"I was gonna rate it GOOD because we asked for NON-SMOKING Room but the curtain smelled like cigarette and/or tobacco. The receptionist was king enough to give us CREDIT. Thus, I'm rating it EXCELLENT"

"The room was very clean, and the hotel was quiet. I really liked the variety of cooking utensils in the kitchen. In addition, the pool was not too crowded the time we visited. My 6 year son especially liked the activities that were offered: making slime and the glow party. My mom loved the hot tub.It was truly a great experience. The only thing that I would recommend is that the elevator service be addressed. The wait time was long, and for a few hours on one day, the elevator was down. As such, we had to take the stairs.That was a workout. Other than this issue, our visit was truly amazing. "
