"So amazing! We loved our stay. One thing I would say, the pool deck was beautiful and worth the extra pay. However, the way that it operates leaves little to be desired. People go to the pool and then learn the details of what is required to r there the space from the young workers there. It’s not fair to them that THEY have to field all of the fists in for this corporate decision. I know that emails are sent out letting me people know, however they can easily go overlooked and the spa and pool area can easily be accessed. If this is clarified at check in AND then those who desire to use the pool and spa services pay the and are given a special key, then those poor pool boys don’t have to keep dealing with angry customers. It’s the corporations job to support and empower them. Not just pit them in the front lines like fresh meat."
"Front desk help was so amazing when i check in. Very appreciative of the time ahe spent with helping check in after Hotels.com 3rd party did not send over my reservation id and it took forever to get in my room.
