"Besides the location, nothing is good about this hotel: the staff is very rude, the room was horrible, didn’t even had towels (which I had to ask for) breakfast was very poor. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. "

"Hotels dot com listed listed the hotel had a swimming pool - it doesn't. Hotels dot com didn't accept my Blue Light Card Discount. Hotels dot com wouldn't accept a room booking for 1 person and 1 breakfast - I was charged 2 breakfasts. Hotel staff were great. Room was great. Breakfast was great. Parking was plenty and included in the booking. Marriott were great but Hotels dot com failed. "

"Very helpful staff. Breakfast was great. We were travelling on the 7,00 train to Wick and the hotel provided us with an early prepacked picnic breakfast before usual opening hours. "

The hotel is situated in a Beautiful spot looking at the castle and the best view down the river Ness. "

"This is the best hotel in Inverness. Stayed here to tour with Rabbie’s to see Isle of Skye and Glen Afric. The hotel was within walking distance of several restaurants (there’s an excellent Thai place nearby), and we were able to walk to our tour bus stop. Staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. Would stay again. "
