Friendly staff
Hotel is a little dated and not very sound proof but the staff is amazing and the breakfast is top notch. Great location. Parking garage adjacent to hotel.

Great hotel and location
Highly recommend City Hotel Ost if you are staying in Augsburg. Friendly staff (ask for Mandy!) and clean rooms with good AC during the hot months. Super close to the city center for shopping and dining.

Breakfast was a nice buffet with crispy bacon. The hotel staff were always nice and friendly. Check in was a breeze and one of the quickest I've had in recent times.

Great stay in Augsburg
Great one night stay. Parking was close and the hotels location was perfect to see the Altstadt. The bed was surprisingly comfortable! One of the few German gasthauses with air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was big and had plenty to choose from.

Wonderful Hotel, unassuming from outside but beautiful inside. Retaining charm it also has enough modern features for comfort. Best buffet breakfast I have had with a range of usual fare, however their additional selection of healthy organic options and freshly made vegetable and fruit shots were unique and tasty. Beds were very comfortable !!

This hotel had friendly helpful staff, good sized rooms and everything was of excellent quality. The breakfast choice was excellent. The room size, quality, facilities including the large bathroom were really something special. The location is also handy for the many attractions in Augsburg and for restaurants, buses, trams, taxis, trains. We'd go there again if we are ever staying in that area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at City Hotel Am Ko in Augsberg. The hotel is in the perfect spot for walking around the city and shopping as well as visiting the Museums and Cathedrals. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us with our questions and giving us maps. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods to choice from. Additionally, everything is maintained and extremely immaculate!!!

It's central location is good ...
We were on the top floor of the hotel so we had great views across the city from our very comfortable room. It's perhaps a little tired but clean, comfortable and ideally placed to walk around Augsburg (which incidentally, we found to be a rather faceless city, cigarette ends all over the pavements and people begging on every street corner) However, back to City Hotel. Breakfast was a huge surprise - we hadn't realised there was such a big and nice restaurant. Buffet style and a very good choice. No safe in the room but you can leave valuables at reception. Underground parking nearby for your car, at a reasonable rate. Not the fault of the hotel by any means but there was a really annoying kid in the room next to us who was jumping and running around ALL the time. Thank goodness we weren't in the room beneath them !

Hotel is in walking distance to the central station as well as to the city center. Breakfast is fine with lots of options though the bread was not as fresh as at some other hotels I’ve stayed at in Germany. As for the hotel room, it was clean and the bed was comfortable, the only thing that I was missing while staying here was a safe, so I had to carry my valuables on me when I went out, which was not such a great idea.

Exceptional Stay
I stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is in an excellent location in Augsburg. Walk out of the hotel and you're right in the city center with great shopping, restaurants and people watching. Front desk was very attentive, I was visiting relatives and the front desk made sure I received all my messages. Highly recommend!

Only booked this hotel for one night but liked it so much stayed another. Great hotel. Very freindly staff from checkin staff to people at breakfast. Spotless room. Great breakfast. Just down the road from the main station. Only fault I found was it would have been good if room had aircon. Although a fan was provided. Will visit this hotel again soon.
