"The Morales is conveniently located just a short walk from the central plaza in Guadalajara, surrounded by a vibrant shopping and dining scene. The streets felt safe to walk even in the late evening. The Morales is a beautiful historical building with a picture worthy lobby and atrium. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with minimum street noise. The breakfast buffet is quite good although there are better options near by. Our only complaint was the concierge and doorman were decidedly unhelpful and seemed concerned with chatting with the security staff rather than helping us find transportation etc. Nevertheless, we recommend the hotel and had a fantastic time in Guadalajara."

"Large apartment style room with a huge king bed. Close to many restaurants and other amenities. A short Uber ride to everything else. Super friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would stay here again. "
