Very Good Apartment
The apartment has the perfect location,no car needed and the style of the apartment has that artist touch which is very nice,everthing you need is there and walking distance to everthing also bus station round the corner for a day trip to many places,Glasgow etc,i have stayed in many in ayr and this 1 is very good.

Beautiful Flat
Had a great stay in this beautiful, spotless and comfortable flat. We had a slight problem with the heating on the Saturday evening and Fiona and her husband came round right away and fixed it in a few minutes. The flat is very central to all the bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach.

Must thank Fiona for the well appointed and comfortable accommodation she provided us with. Was more like staying with a friend than in temporary accommodation. The flat was very well equipped with cleaning products, etc etc. Will certainly recommend this property to our friends.

Barns Street
Overall our stay was very good. Apartment was well stocked with everything that was needed for self catering. The location of the apartment was excellent as was the host Fiona who went the extra mile for us. However my brother found the en-suite shower very small and the basin in the other toilet was very slow to drain the water. Having said that I would certainly consider staying there again.

Excellent home from home
Lovely clean comfortable apartment with great quirky art/decoration, very well equipped and comfy beds. Very central in Ayr so possible to go out without taking the car in the evening or to the beach. Many good golf courses near by.

Ayr and Fiona- a great 5 star match
We loved the apartment and it’s location. A really top notch restaurant (Saffy’s) and fun pub (Wellington’s) just down the street. Beds were really comfortable. And whenever we had questions or needed something, Fiona was incredibly responsive. The letting comes with a parking spot around the corner which is really helpful since the local parking attendants were very vigilant in handing out tickets. We highly recommend this rental.

Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Ayr
A very comfortable, very well equipped apartment in a really good location. Very helpful hosts had really thought through the contents of this property, and added some luxurious touches. In our opinion, better than the listing, would highly recommend.

Location very central to beach town etc. Flat beautiful and decor looks like an interior designer had staged flat. Place was immaculate and host amazing with plenty utensils plates dishes to cook your own meals.

Positioned ideally in central Ayr, the decor was really interesting and had obviously had a great deal of thought put into it. Beds were really comfy, all amenities were modern and functional. Couldnt have been much better really

Fantastic flat
We had a wonderful stay in this flat for three nights. The owner was very helpful and the amenities were great. The only downside was that the flat sleeps six but the dining table only had seating for four.

Weekend away
We stayed here for a long weekend as we were in the area for a wedding. The flat couldn't be in a better location as it's within walking distance to the shops, pubs & restaurants of Ayr. We loved the high ceilings & how light the flat is. It had everything we needed for our stay. The prosecco & shortbread left for us by Fiona were much appreciated. Will defo be back!

Key Worker Stay
We stayed in the property as a covid alternative to a hotel for 2 key workers. Lovely property, lots of character, very well decorated, very comfortable. Fiona was excellent in looking after us. We would much prefer to stay here again in the future rather than our usual hotel!

Stunning Apartment
The apartment is quite frankly stunning. It was very clean and fresh, the floor coverings were immaculate and decor excellent. Fiona the host is lovely and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help she even had fresh milk fruit and biscuits for our use a great thought from a super host. The location was very close to the town centre and a few minutes from the beach everything we could ask for. We will be back and I would highly recommend both the apartment and Fiona to anyone visiting Ayrshire.

Perfect short stay in this Ayr flat. Good communication from Fiona. Accommodation was clean & well stocked with everything required. A perfect base for the coastal resorts in the area. Would definitely stay here again, if in South-West Scotland.

Lovely stay in a lovely apartment with a lovely owner.
Comfortable apartment in a very good area, close to restaurants, supermarkets, parking lots and at a short walk from the beach. Clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable. Everything worked. Easy to get in touch with the owner. Fiona left some basics to have a coffee or tea, some biscuits, a bottle of Prosecco that unfortunately we couldn't enjoy because we were in Ayr to attend to a wedding and our schedule was quite full. She even left us some money to pay the parking lot tickets! I can't mention a single thing that wasn't superb, both about the apartment and the owner. Definitely, I'd book again in the future if I go back to Scotland,

Chosen for the decor this flat is beautiful. Location perfect for all things for the kids. The welcome from Fiona and James was amazing.... 5 star. The kids loved having a tv in the bedroom. Excellent would book again if returning to the area.

Enjoyable days in Ayr
Fiona and her property were great! Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Fiona met us on arrival to make the "check-in" process super easy and, graciously, provided information about the local area, places to eat and places to see. We were out golfing most days but the location was great for easy access to restaurants and banks -- and a great little bakery just steps away. We would be happy to return in the future.

One of the best places we’ve rented!
We have been traveling throughout Europe for 20+ years renting apartments and homes on every trip. This was one of the most stylish and comfortable places we have stayed. It’s very comfortable for two adults. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is a comfortable place to spread out and enjoy the stay. Kitchen, was well stocked with all we needed for the few nights we spent In. Parking was just behind the apartment and it was a short walk to the beach, and to shopping. Beds were comfortable and linens were great. Thank you Fiona for your hospitality and the goodies when we arrived. I must also note that there were plenty of mirrors and comfortable areas for the ladies to get ready!

Beautiful restoration mixing old and new. Delux beds perfect for a good nights sleep.
I love this apartment with the original window shutters and contemporary decor sympathetically mixing old and new. All that you need for a short break or extended stay. Beds are very, very comfortable perfect for a good nights sleep after exploring Ayr and surrounding area.

Stayed in Ayr on our second week in Scotland. Location was downtown so could walk to restaurants and shopping. Beach just two blocks away. Apartment was beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. Owners very attentive when had small problem with stovetop. Apartment is on second floor perfect for sitting by window and people watching!

Lovely clean property which was tastefully furnished and well positioned

e were received very nicely by Fiona and her husband. Very nice also the attentions as a welcome. A great furnished apartment that didn't miss anything. One shower was very tiny, the sink has the typical individual fittings and you need a little patience when showering :-) Super comfortable beds / mattresses !!
