"Very nice family-friendly hotel, room was very spacious (difficult to find in Japanese hotels!). The attention was great and the staff very attentive. I'd start here again "

"This is the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! Amazing view of the mountains. The cottage was spacious, warm, beautifully presented and had all the amenities as described. The reception staff were so friendly and were able to help us with a few questions in English. They even gave us a mobile phone so we could call them from the cottage if required. I wish we stayed longer!! "
