"Loved everything about this hotel, from the moment I walked in its doors. The reception staff was polite, professional, and fast. The room was immaculate. Jack, the General Manager, obviously trains his staff to a high level of service, and if you meet him when you're there, you'll find him charming and extremely helpful, like old-school service we used to get at the best five-star hotels in Europe (before they were mostly bought out by conglomerates or chains). His kind attention made me feel that the hotel is now a home away from home for me, and I am looking forward to getting back there as soon as I can"

"Mimi was the staff that helped us throughout our stay, she was fantastic! She helped us with booking our excursions to Ha Long Bay and Nihm Bihn and got us situated with a ride back to the airport. She texted me all the updates and provided us with breakfast before heading to the airport. Breakfast was amazing!"

"Comfortable stay, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and location was also decent. No gym or swimming pool so if you want that then you would need to go to their sister hotel called Grand Du Lac Hotel which is better but is also a bit pricier. The staff had issues with the hotel room card but this was sorted out fairly promptly. Given that we were doing day trips and would be out most of the day this felt like a sensible option and it was."
