La Galuna Bacalar
The staff was really kind and courteous. The design of the bedroom was really different than all the other hotels I’ve visited before. This is not a big hotel, half outside, really interesting!

Poza Clara Sanctuary Hotel
The Poza Clara staff were amazing and helpful. I advised the hotel it was a bday gift for my wife, and they made a beautiful floral arrangement on the bedding. Thank you!
