Sehr netter und entgegenkommender Service

Pros: Wir waren zu einem spontanen Kurzurlaub in Bad Bergzabern und hatten eigentlich die Fewo gebucht. Als wir eincheckten, teilte man uns jedoch mit, dass die FeWo nicht beziehbar sei, weil die Heizung ausgefallen war. Dafür bekamen wir als Upgrade ein Deluxe Apartment im Haupthaus incl. reichhaltigem Frühstücksbuffet, weil uns ja die Küche fehlte. Die Mitarbeiter sowie die Chefin waren jederzeit äußerst freundlich und bemüht auf unsere Wünsche einzugehen. So stellte man uns auf Nachfrage sogar Tassen und einen Wasserkocher aufs Zimmer und sorgte dafür, dass ich mein E-bike laden konnte. Das nenne ich Service. Die Pfalzcard gab's noch obendrauf und somit u.a. ein kostenloses Tagesticket für die Therme incl. Sauna. Alles in allem ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Wir können die Unterkunft jedenfalls uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
