"I arrived with two rooms booked--one for me and my wife, one for two of our kids. No one at the desk. Had to call. Waited not too long. We had two rooms booked. One was in my wife's name. She was arriving later. They would not let me check in to both rooms. My wife arrives later. No one at the desk. Had to call. Waited not too long. Get checked in. Daughter runs the shower. The head is not screwed in and water is spraying all over the bathroom. Fixed it myself not too difficult but not what you expect to have to do. Came down for breakfast at 8:25 (supposed to be served from 6AM to 9AM). No one at the desk. Juice machines running water. Cereal there but no bowls, spoons or milk. No hot food at all. Came back down later and they were at the desk and it looked like some of the breakfast situation had been rectified but too late for us. Not sure what guests did earlier."

"Property was clean. No one was at the desk when we arrived, but in all fairness it is a ski resort, and ski season had ended. The room was very clean. And the housekeeping gentleman was quite kind and attentive. We enjoyed our Easter stay."

"Front desk staff was welcoming and quite helpful. Breakfast was good and had bfst burritos, which was a nice change. My only complaint was thet we couldn’t get our room to cool down to our liking, it never got below 69. This location is quite convenient to the PennaPike and to the Flight 93 Memorial. "
