No noise from outside even though in the centre of the city and above the train station. Broughty Ferry has lots to offer from independent shops , cafes and wine bars/pubs . The whole experience was exceptional, with the service from the agent adding to this. More bar seats in the kitchen, as this was often the hub where we congregated. These could be stackable so they could be stored when not in use."
