"Beautiful stay, wonderful room with fabulous amenities (great quality organic local toiletries) Very welcoming staff. The restaurant and bar staff very attentive, with great dining options. Comfortable bed with delicious breakfast in the morning. Sadly I didn’t have the opportunity to use the leisure centre as took a stroll around the beautiful town and harbour. Great history and stunning surroundings. Great location, would recommend 100%"

"The dog loved it ,had chats with other dogs neighbouring in houses around , met a few friendly cows in the neighbouring field fascinatedwith them , space for him to run around the drive.Adults had a quite relaxing stay , alot of places to go ... recommend " The Priest Leap, bring a parachute, not for the faint hearted , but some views back onto Bantry and the many peninsulas, Also Caha Pass to Kenmare views.People of west Cork / East Kerry very welcoming.Host exceptional "

"Such a fun experience. Be prepared. It’s rustic on the bottom and new on top. The grounds and the host are both lovely. Make sure to stop at Minihans local pub. So fun. "

"The cottage is lovely and very much as described, it it is actually bigger inside than it looks on the photos mainly I think due to the double height of the lounge but whatever it is a roomy enough place for a family. It was very clean. The main bed and sofas could be more comfortable and maybe those and linens are getting a little tired and yes it would be nice if there was a dishwasher and washer/dryer but the vibe here is rustic, relaxed, back in time and for that it is very well placed as is the location which is just outstanding. You are literally next to a very welcoming family friendly pub, and a three minute walk from a swimming beach with lifeguards etc. The host is excellent as is the house keeper who keeps the cottage in excellent order. "

"Westerly House provided a wonderful home away from home for two weeks. We were seven adults and three children under the age of four. The children especially loved the magical gardens. The house is spacious with a magnificent view of the bay. It is in the perfect location for touring West Cork. I hope to return in the future! "

"Very accomodating as wife a bit difficulty with mobility so organised ground floor room. Evening meal was superb. Rack of lamb to die for Breakfast excellent with fresh and local produce available. We had no pets but is dog friendly and other guests had a dog and were very happy"
