"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. If you think that you are getting the place to yourself as the advert suggests then do not be fooled as you are not. That being said it was pretty quiet other than take away being delivered at 11pm and being in the room next to the front door. The location was really good...

"Wonderful nights stay in a beautiful Victorian Coach House. Fresh fruit, eggs, milk, cereal, croissants and juice were provided. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Communication upon and during arrival was intermittent and took longer than anticipated. Many aspects of the apartment were less than ideal. There was a fresh spot of blood on the bed on the third floor, light bulbs were missing and continued to burn out, water pressure and hot water was very poor. There were very limited towels especially in the kitchen. And the host messaged me last minute that a maintenance man was going to stop by. That’s not ok with a group of girls and all of our valuables...

"Had some issues with booking process but in the end all ok. Lovely terrace house on the end can be noisy on the street outside and needs some curtains for front downstairs window. Some other instructions would have been useful. It’s about 20 min walk to the centre of Belfast. Beds comfy and clean with using the front room as a bedroom only one sofa in lounge which would be a squeeze for more than 3 adults one of us had to sit on dining chair as dining table took up too much room. Overall nice...

"What a find! This stunning house on the sea front surpassed our expectations. Spacious, spotless and scenic. Michael’s communication with us was spot on and we even had option of early check in and late check out. I would not hesitate to return as the location was also fabulous! Lots of lovely places to eat around and we were very fortunate with the weather for January so could enjoy the beautiful views and the hot tub! Perfect weekend!"
