Great view of Marina from third floor room. Very clean, warm, comfortable room. Bar and restaurant very enjoyable. Irish breakfast was magnificent. Free car parking could be found near hotel. Staff great.

First impressions were great. But room was very tired. Carpet dirty and well trodden, dirty bobby pin left on the floor. Furniture was stained. Coffee staines on the wall. The bathroom light pully turned my stomach as it was filthy. Didnt sleep well. 2 single beds put together, my side was lower than my husbands. I investigated the problem in the morning and wished I hadnt. The mattresses were extreemly stained, quite disgusting. Really didnt match Expedias discriptions. On the other hand, every member of staff we met was friendly, the food and service exceptional.
Mattress stained and well worn. Bed hieghts didnt match.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The veiw looking over the ocean is very nice and our room was roomy and comfortable. However the shower mat was dirty on the one side and the coffee cups seemedcto have soap in them as we rinsed them out before using them.

Loved every minute

Working in Belfast for a few days, decided to travel outside for accommodation. Found the hotel online. Read a few reviews and decided to book. 1st person I encountered was Lisa, who booked me in and gave me my key. Went up to room, very clean and airy. Ate on the restaurant had chicken wings starter and smoked cod for main. Food was excellent, staff were very polite and courteous. After dinner had a walk aroind the quay, met a few locals who were very friendly. Going back in August for a weeks work. Will definitely be booking the hotel again.
