Staff were excellent. However found room very small, no coffee making facilities. Extremely noisy outside, prefer fresh air but had to close window & use the a/c instead.
No obvious bar, the lift did mention a lounge on 1st floor, may be one there ?

The look of the entrance at street level is very poor, but please dont let that put you off...
Once on the 6th floor, everything changes, its a great little hotel in a great location!

Good location and a nice room.
But rooms are quite dimly lit. Need better illumination.
And the housekeeping standards need a little improvement. It's not a nice experience to return to one's room and discover that some of the used cups and mugs haven't been replaced.
