"Hotels.com sells two different hotels/buildings with the same pictures and when you buy you can't be sure which one you have booked. The other building has no pool or reception and both are sold with the same pictures which is really misleading. Seaside Naithon is in my opinion the only building next to Wynthon and we were offered a room for the second week in a different building with no name mentioned on the building?!"

Location is great if you’re looking for a quiet place to escape the craziness but also still close to everything. Room service was excellent and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. "The staff at this hotel were all amazing, helpful, and kind. The location is right across from patong beach which was very convenient, as well as there were lots of taxis available just outside the hotel. The deluxe room with the separate bedroom was so great and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The only problem with the room was that the AC in the bedroom was leaking quite a lot at some times, but the other AC in the kitchen worked fine. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and the willingness to help from all the staff. "
