Ban Kad Hotels

"It’s a good property next to the river, my suite didn’t really have a beautiful view but it was nice. It’s about 130 baht to get a Grab ride into the old town which is good. The price is not expensive, it’s a good deal."

"The staff were great. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious. Was able to get toiletries from the shop 3 minutes down the road."

"Has got every thing staff are great lovely breakfast"

"Absolutely outstanding highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in chiang mai 🙏"

"An all round good hotel"

"Breakfast was especially good."

"On arrival friendly staff welcomed me. Room was clean, great manager and staff. Good stay, if I revisit Chiang Mai will consider stay here again."

"Decent room, great location"

"The hotel was very close to the night markets, which was what we wanted to do. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived and helped with give us ideas on what to do in the area."

"Stay there 9 nights and I do recommend however, I will say that some improvements were needed... my shower water was practically cold every day, I was shocked that there was no iron in the room and that they don't provide it, and a long mirror would've been appreciated but… The staff was friendly and helpful. Great location and I appreciated the inclusive breakfast, and the laundry service."

"Breakfast"

"The area is good"

"They breakfast was great, the staff very kind and attentive. "

"Very comfortable room and pleasant hotel in a good location with friendly staff"

"Hotel had amenities that were no longer offered. Restaurant near pool never opened, bar had very limited hours. Excellent Thai massage a block from hotel. Great breakfast offerings"

"We were really impressed, great rooms (double and twin next door for teenagers). Rooms very clean and high end. Breakfast amazing. Reception staff very helpful. Loads of laundry places close to drop. We actually used a coin operated one for 30 baht! Close to Thai boxing arena. We loved it there. Uncle restaurant pricey for Thailand but excellent food and drinks. We went twice."

"Nice fairly western style hotel but either thin walls or noisy guests."
