"Overall the place was very nice. Couple of complaints would be the toilet paper sucks in the air conditioning was loud. Other than that it was fantastic"

"The bed linens had black fuzz and hair on them, the door handle for the bathroom was broke, the light in the bathroom worked some of the time, and the hallway had a foul odor."

"We were just staying one night for a concert and the house was perfect. Good proximity to the location, easy to find, and clean. The pool looked very nice though we didn’t use it. Kim was kind and helpful when the WiFi PW did not work."

"The hot tub was closed which would’ve been nice to know before booking. Breakfast was ok. Cleaning service doesn’t go and replenish towels or clean room any day of stay. You have to go down and get your own towels. "

"We booked two rooms for this stay, and unfortunately both rooms were not in a condition consistent with Extended Stay America’s advertised standards or basic expectations of cleanliness. Upon arrival, both rooms showed concerning issues including:     •    Visible stains on walls and ceilings     •    Suspected mold or buildup on at least one air conditioning unit     •    General lack of proper cleaning consistent with a guest-ready room The condition of both rooms raised legitimate health and safety concerns for everyone in our group. We paid over $200 for each room. Left this facility feeling scammed. "

"Very conveniently located, nice neighborhood with some decent restaurants within walking distance. Very clean with plenty of comfortable beds, bathrooms. Plenty of fans upstairs to balance out the temps between upstairs and downstairs, which are on the same A/C unit - but that was manageable. Host was very attentive and friendly. Would stay here again!"
