"Stayed one night before a cruise out of the port in Civitavecchia. My family booked three rooms and we all had a good experience. Nicole at the front desk checked us in, booked our transporation, and served us breakfast. She is wonderful and very helpful, all with a smile. Our stay could not have been more perfect, in large part due to Nicole's hospitality. Highly recommend a stay here. I would like have liked to stay more than one night and explore the town and beaches."

"This hotel was perfect for our needs. We needed a place to stay in Civitavevchia prior to our cruise. It is perfectly situated on the waterfront and close to numerous restaurants and other attractions. The property seemed a bit dated but very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. "Hotel is about 17 minute walk to cruise port. When asked about a transfer the day before we were quoted 15 Euro/person for a shuttle. The next morning the gal at the front desk said that uber and taxi could be unreliable but they could arrange a private transfer for us for $80 euro. We said we would just walk and took our luggage. They never mention a few minutes away was a free shuttle service that takes you directly to the cruise ships. We used this option but with no help from the staff. Would have been nice for them to give us the option!!"
