Schlechte Kommunikation, Wohnung in heruntergekommenem Zustand

Wir haben drei Nächte in der Wohnung in Eixample in Barcelona verbracht. Das Haus ist ein typisches Gründerzeithaus im Viertel Eixample mit einem historischen Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung hat ihre besten Zeiten schon gesehen, Küche und Bad benötigen dringend eine Sanierung. Die Schlafräume sind dunkel und unbequem. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich schwer bedienen und hatte dann ordentlich zu tun. Die Straße ist aber so laut, dass mit offenen Fenstern schlafen unmöglich gewesen wäre.Wir hatten für das Check-in erhebliche Kommunikationsprobleme mit der Agentur und Schwierigkeiten, an den Schlüssel zu kommen. Auch im Vorfeld konnten wir nicht über Fewo-direkt bezahlen und kommunizieren sondern über eine andere Website, über die dann auch nochmal alle Daten abgegeben werden mussten. Das war sehr umständlich und insbesondere bezüglich der Bezahlung irritierend.Ich würde SH Barcelona nicht nochmal für eine Unterkunft wählen.

Logement fidèle mais arrivée problématique (1 nuit d'hôtel forcée)

ShBarcelona a oublié de nous adresser les instructions d'arrivée et était injoignable à notre arrivée devant le logement, ce qui nous a contraint à trouver un hôtel à minuit passé.Hormis ce problème, le logement était fidèle à l'annonce : très spacieux, l'immeuble est très cossu, pas très bien insonnorisé, mais l'entourage est globalement calme.
