8/10 Good

"Best part was the bed, very comfortable and bed sheets were nice. Room was very clean and new. But they advertised on Expedia that they had black out curtains but turns out it’s see through so I had to buy an eye mask for sleep. Another issue is the toilet seat for some reason seemed a size smaller than the actual toilet so it was misaligned, staff was helpful to have maintenance adjust the alignment. Amenities were scattered all across the premise, the gym and sauna you have to drive your car over. Wish they would have a note before booking that all the pools and rooftop bar was already closed for October. Or even better use a heated pool to keep it open for longer season. Overall staff was very helpful except for the guy that checked us in, through our 5 min check in process he must have yawned 5 times already and it was only 4pm….kitchen was well equipped but bring your own salt and pepper and oil. In suite Laundry seemed nice but we didn’t use it for our short trip. Security for the buildings can be enhanced as anyone can enter the building and elevator to every floor without card key."

"Stunning, well-maintained property with great amenities (the outdoor pool and hot tub were open until 10pm in late October!) and courteous staff. A very minor annoyance were the bedside lamps, which apparently were touch operated… one wouldn’t turn on and the other wouldn’t turn off (we unplugged both). Quiet, clean place with top quality bedding."

"I stayed in the old, original building. Charming. My room was comfortable but showing signs of aging and wear. I could not open any windows. The fridge and microwave were welcome additions although not used by me. The location is convenient for visiting downtown and other areas of interest. The continental breakfast was unmemorable, same as you might find in a roadside motel"
