"I would not recommend this hotel. Upon check-in, I was charged a $75 incidental fee, yet the condition of the room suggested that multiple “incidents” had already occurred and had not been properly addressed. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not match the photos advertised online.Additionally, the room did not have basic amenities such as a blow dryer or iron. The toilet clogged repeatedly during my stay, creating an ongoing inconvenience. I contacted the front desk several times for maintenance issues, and on my final request, no one ever came to resolve the problem.Overall, the cleanliness, lack of amenities, maintenance issues, and misleading online photos made for a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others."

"I had many issues with this resort. They did attend to all my issues. With that said I will never stay here again. I still can’t believe some of the things I witnessed. But they did try and make things right. The staff at the swim up bar were great. Also most of the staff throughout the resort were nice. Every floor they put me on the ice machines were broken. I had to literally go to another floor just for ice. One time a staff seen me at the ice machine and offered to go get me some ice and bring it to my room because that one was broken like the rest. This place needs a lot of upgrading and to be exterminated!!!!!!!! I won’t even post the pictures I took because I don’t want to freak anyone out. Just be mindful of this place. You have been warned!!!!"
