"Very nice staff, clean and comfortable room and decent breakfast, but lots of pastries and breads without a gluten -free option, which would have been great. "

"We only had one night in Paris so needed somewhere close to Gare du Nord. Easily walkable to Montmartre with good dining options around. Staff were friendly and we enjoyed the convenient buffet breakfast. "

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is decorated in a quirky arty way, the staff are very welcoming and eager to help out. The hotel is located on a side street, and we found it quiet around there. The location was really good, about five minutes walk from a metro station in the 4th line, so four stops from Gare du Nord. There is a lot of places to eat nearby and the Westfield shopping centre, also the Louvre is walking distance and the Seine beyond that.
In all, and with the location being so central we thought it was perfect for us travelling with our 12 year old daughter. We would definitely stay again. "
"Eveything was wonderdul about this stay from the clean room to the staff to all the amenities. I loved the snack and appertivo option. It really made eveythinf easy and enjoyable. I loved the curve running machine in the gym and the sauna was sipee clena and relaxing. Excellent stay!"
"Upon arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. We were a group of 6, 2 seniors, 2 children, and 2 adults spending 2 weeks in Europe. This stay was at the end of our trip and the staff made us feel very welcome. They also assisted with transportation to the airport and helped a few of us with our luggage. The continental breakfast was perfect for something light before our travel and the kids had leftovers for snacks. Highly recommend, the location was great for visiting Paris and getting from the train station to the hotel, then onto the airport. "
"We had another fabulous stay at 25 Hours! We love coming to this hotel, it’s beautiful- the room was enormous and had the most incredible view of Gare du Nord. The staff who checked us in were extremely friendly and welcoming. We can’t remember his name- but shout out for making us feel so welcome.
It’s in a great location for exploring different parts of the city and accessing public transport. I’m sure we’ll be back again! "
"I recently stayed at Les Jardins du Marais and overall had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in a very decent and safe area, well-connected to the city, which made getting around easy and stress-free. The property itself has cozy vibes and a unique charm that sets it apart.
I initially booked a Classical Room, which I found to be quite noisy and a bit outdated. However, after upgrading to an Executive Room, my entire stay was elevated—the difference was remarkable, and I will definitely book this type of room again as it’s absolutely worth the extra cost.
The guest service was exceptional. The team proactively checked if everything was fine before I even approached them, and they resolved my issue swiftly and professionally. Special thanks to Vanessa for her excellent online support and to Ouassila at the reception for handling the room change with such professionalism.
Overall, I highly recommend Les Jardins du Marais for its location, charm, and outstanding staff."
