Nice but not clean

When we arrived the property wasn't cleaned from the previous guest and we couldn't get a hold of the manager. We got a hold of the manager the next day and they sent cleaners and said they would reimburse us the one night. However, it has been a month since our stay and we still haven't received a reimbursement. The Host is also not picking up phone calls or replying to messaging. It was a nice place but the host is not a person of their word. So due to that I wouldn't not recommend staying here.
