"Great hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly, hotel is clean and nicely decorated. there are no drawers in the room so you can’t really unpack but I guess that’s standard for Santiago. actually the only negative I can think of "

"This was my second booking at the hotel...I liked it so I wanted to stay longer. The room was great and the staff was kind and sooo helpful and I had the buffet breakfast each day and it was a great way to start the day with a dining room full of nice people. Another aspect of this hotel that was amazing is the location. It is near a bus station to take the big tour buses all over the country and international, plus the airport for what is about $2.30 USD and its a nice bus. The Central train station is up the street and the Metro and a big shopping center with a large supermarket with lots of wine and liquer and beer. And the shopping in the area is extensive--nice shops to stalls and hundreds of options. "

I especially want to thank Leslie at the front desk-she took the initiative to provide me with travel information and was always ready to help whenever I needed assistance. The other hotel staff were also very kind. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay these past days "
