"We love this property! It is the perfect setting for a Balboa Island vacation. It has direct beach access steps from the large, comfortable patio with amazing views of the bay and Newport peninsula. There are sand and water toys galore, including 4 stand up paddleboards and a kayak. "Excellent location across the street from the beach with partial ocean view from the front deck. The property felt clean and had lots of stuff to use in the kitchen which made meals easy. Staff was super communicative and easy to reach for any questions. The backyard was beautiful and well mantained, felt like a tropical hideaway."
